Tobin SuperBase® Lots and Tracts Data is the first comprehensive set of digital aliquot survey data designed to fit Tobin SuperBase® Landgrid and Survey Data. Tobin SuperBase® Lots and Tracts Data has been referenced to the industry standard SuperBase® Landgrid and Survey layer in order to allow programmatic mapping and analysis of leasehold, well locations, and geologic trends.

Tobin applied the BLM's rules for creating standard aliquot parts and standard lots down to the quarter-quarter level, while using Tobin's SuperBase® Landgrid and Survey as a source layer. This product was then edited by using BLM's GCDB and other sources to add in non-standard lots and tracts. USGS quadrangle maps, BLM plat maps and field notes are examples of resources that Tobin has used to validate its SuperBase® Landgrid and Survey. The result of bringing together these various resources is to give the customer the benefit of Tobin's superior survey positional accuracy, but with attributes and polygonal features at a subsection level.

A customer using the SuperBase® Lots & Tracts layer can have confidence that they are using a product that has the same superior positional accuracy as, and that will align with, other Tobin products such as survey, wells, leases and ownership. Mapping and projects can now reference all the layers necessary for defining a leasehold or project proposal and be assured that they will make sense when plotted together.
